СинопсисKidnapped by his oldest foe, the Doctor is forced on an impossible mission – to a place even the Daleks are too terrified to enter… the Asylum. Hood: just a messenger.
Doc: A messenger for who?
Hood: Darla Von Karlsen. She wants to talk to you.
Doc: I don't know who she is... (stands up to leave)

3. The events of Demon’s Run, we learn, have ongoing consequences for the lives of Amy and Rory. Parts of this story feel as if the emotional aftermath of last series has finally arrived.

To be honest, the thing that must not be spoiled is already half way there because everyone's waiting with baited breath to see what it is. Those who were at the screening were caught completely off-guard but no one who has read this thread since will be to the same extent. Rather than the feeling of, "Wait, what the ¤¤¤¤?!" that we got last night, you'll be going, "No way! So that's what they meant!" and, in some cases, "Is that all?"

It's actually a lot simpler than what you are all debating and theorizing over. It IS heartbreaking though. Just in Moff's style.
And no, Amy is not a Timelord nor does she destroy the Daleks - that scene is in the first half of the episode and is only a room full of Daleks.
