Моффат такой Моффат. Во всех преимуществах и недостатках.
Завтра надо пересмотреть с сабами или в озвучке, потому что что там за коварные планы, я так и не уловила.
Апд.
...this episode is about love. Irene and John and Mycroft and Molly and Mrs. Hudson love Sherlock, and Sherlock loves them back, even if he's too emotionally stunted to say it. None of it is erotic the way romantic love is supposed to be, but it's love all the same. You can see it in how Sherlock plays the violin so sweetly for John and Mrs. Hudson, and in the cigarette Mycroft gives Sherlock for Christmas, and the way Sherlock goes into a panic when the American agent threatens to shoot John. Love comes in so many forms that it can't be contained in words like "iceman" or "boyfriend" or "housekeeper" or "virgin". It can't be categorized at all, as hard as Irene or John may try. And that's the way it is, and ought to be.
...
Our society venerates an ideal of romantic love as the center and foundation of our lives. We ought to find someone who we love romantically and have sex with who we center our lives around. But that's not the way it always works. Instead, Sherlock centers his life around John and Sherlock and Mrs. Hudson and Irene, and there aren't really words in our vocabulary for what they are to him. We all have people like that.
